Karla Denise Charles is the sister of Keith Charles and the mother of Taylor Benoit.
Biography[]
Appearing in Season Two, she is a drug user whose daughter is sent to live with her brother and David Fisher after her rehabilitation program fails and she ends up incarcerated. Following her brother's arrest due to an assault while on duty Taylor is sent to live with her grandparents.
