"The Room"

"Brotherhood" is the seventh episode of the first season of Six Feet Under. It was written by Christian WIlliams, directed by Jim McBride and first aired on July 15, 2001.


When a young Army vet dies of Gulf War Syndrome, his brother opts for a cremation and disposal.


Billy tries to get in the way of Nate and Brenda's relationship. Ruth invites Hiram over for a family dinner, and also takes a florist job in Nikolai's shop. David meets an open-minded associate priest and votes to keep him on for the church. Claire continues to have problems with school and life in general.

Passed away Sunday after a long illness. He is survived by his brother Paul and step-father, Stanley Cutler.

Friends are invited to a memorial service held in his honor on Tuesday, April 3, at Fisher & Sons Funeral Home, from 11-2PM, followed by burial at National Cemetery.
